Bobolulu keeps you in the know from start to finish. After you submit an order, we’ll send you an initial confirmation email, and when your order has been shipped, we’ll send a second email notifying you that your order is on the way.
Bobolulu only ships on business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Orders must be placed on a business day before 12:00 p.m. (PST) to qualify for same-day shipping. Orders placed outside of this timeframe will ship the next business day.
If you would like to make a change to your order after it has been placed, please contact info@bobolulucompany.com. Please note that once Bobolulu has started to process your order, it cannot be changed.

The time from shipment to delivery varies depending on your distance from our California warehouse, but orders typically take 5-7 business days to be delivered. For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping 2-3 business days. Please note that all orders marked for expedited shipping require signature confirmation to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your product.
Bobolulu can only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Order Cancellation
After your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still request to return your order via email. To start the return process, please email info@bobolulucompany.com with your order details.
Return
At Bobolulu, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you find that you are less than satisfied with a purchase, we would be happy to assist you with a return.
You may return any product within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be issued equal to the amount paid for the product(s) minus shipping fees, which are non-refundable. When your return request has been processed, we will send you a free return shipping label for all authorized returns. After your returned products have been received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
All of the following requirements must be met for your return to be approved:
- You must have purchased the product(s) through Bobolulu’s online store within 14 days of your return request.
- The product(s) must be unopened and still in their original condition and packaging.
- You must email a copy of your order confirmation email to Bobolulu at info@bobolulucompany.com.
